Had a fantastic stay here and no complaints at all. the room was modern and well-maintained, plus it had an amazing view of the mountain! 🌄 Can't wait to come back next time!

Convenient location near a Thai + Teppanyaki restaurant and a church at the end of the main street 🍜. the area is quiet, which is great for a peaceful stay. the breakfast offers a nice variety of delicious food to start the day off right.

The staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was GOOD. Our location was stunning between the main station. It was not far from Zermatt, described as a car-free village. The room had central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television.

Everything was simply really good. Really enjoyed my very special stay during our 6 nights. The location was incredibly comfortable for me as it was not far from desert, the Albana Real and all the top ski areas. It also was to the "Wellness " area.

We got great value for our money with a large and comfortable room, two balconies, and lovely views. The hotel's location was convenient, close to the bus and main street, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The morning meal could have been improved by regularly topping up the buffet breakfast spread, especially the eggs.

I recently stayed at a boutique hotel in Zermatt and had a fantastic experience. The staff at this hotel, especially Sally at the reception, provided outstanding customer service. The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to access the bus and the main street with bars, shopping, and restaurants. The breakfast at the hotel was impressive, with a wide range of options including an omelet station, cereal, yogurt, breads, and fresh fruits. The spa facilities were lovely and a great way to relax after a day of skiing. The view from my room was breathtaking, offering a complete and full view of the magnificent mountain. I would highly recommend visiting the Japanese restaurant in the hotel, which is considered one of the best in Zermatt.

I had a fantastic stay at the Albana Real. The views of the Matterhorn from my room were absolutely breathtaking. The room itself was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. I especially enjoyed the jacuzzi and the complimentary bottle of red wine. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the main street and the ski lifts. The ski storage and boot drier were also very convenient. I had a relaxing and enjoyable experience at the Albana Real and would definitely recommend it.

Hotel was very idyllic and rooms were comfortable. Location was good what comes to ski buses and city center. Transfer from train station was well organized, but no mention about the price earlier than in the invoice. :( Breakfast was good. Nice hotel in overall!

Minibar was charged unnecessarily, due to fact that we used it for our own refreshments as well. :(

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right between the ski lifts/slopes and the town center. It was very convenient to be close to the main activities. The hotel had great facilities, including three amazing restaurants. I particularly enjoyed dining in the Fuji restaurant. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. The staff were knowledgeable, hospitable, and very welcoming. a great hotel with excellent service.

Two good restaurants as part of the hotel. Indoor smoking room for those who are addicted - better than shivering outside. Lovely location - free transport to from and to the station. Excellent and helpful staff.

We had a corner room on the 3rd floor with two porches and a stunning view of the Matterhorn. The room was efficiently laid out, with beautiful woodwork and a comfortable bed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was convenient, just a one-minute walk from the main street of town. The free Wi-Fi provided a strong signal, and the breakfast and dinner at the hotel were delicious. we highly recommend Boutique Hotel Albana Real - Restaurants & Spa for its lovely ambiance and convenient amenities.
